This book makes it so easy to get started on the best way to eat. Recipes are photographed wonderfully. There are tear out pages for shopping. Author puts the info on how and why you are benefitted very succinctly so you don't have to read lots of material to understand why this works so well. Lots of info for different medical conditions and eating plans individualized for each condition. Most of all recipes are delicious. I have had this book for about 2 months and made several. All very delicious. If you are looking to go Paleo this is your perfect start.
