This author knows her stuff. Very valuable book and looking for others by her. I teach a business communications class and intend to use this as a reference book. If I were teaching a college level class this would be my book of choice. Book was in great shape. Good used book vendor!

Really good textbook
This book is a book that I will keep for further review. It offers a lot of good examples for all types of business communications, such as Memos, Letters, etc. There is also a great help with Resumes, Cover Letters and Follow-up Letters. Good Book!! Must Have!!!
