Acceptable. A book with obvious wear. May have some damage to the cover or binding but integrity is still intact. There might be writing in the margins, possibly underlining and highlighting of text, but no missing pages or anything that would compromise the legibility or understanding of the text.

This book is very interesting and informative. It does mention names of items I am not familiar with and I am a senior citizen. It is not something I can read once and remember, but definitely a book I will continue use as a reference while I make changes to existing recipes and perhaps make new ones.

A MUST HAVE
This book by far is the best one I have come across. If your looking for information on Herbs , Spices & Flavorings this is a must have book. I ordered 2 , one for myself and one for my 32 yr. old daughter . She said she has learned more about herbs , spices & flavorings then she could imagine . We are both looking foreword to making our own mixes.
