This is the best collection of advice for work and life for those who are motivated and willing to put in the work. For the dreamers and talkers, this won't resonate with them. This is a get up, get going and start doing approach. I listen to it in my car as I'm driving between appointments, and allows me to look past any negativity or frustrations when the sales day isn't as I had expected. Gitomer has struggled through different stages in life and has summarized the lessons learned for those willing to keep an open mind.

Very helpful tips and advice
I've already been recommending this book to friends and colleagues. Many of us complain about never having enough time, but if we prioritize what things need to be done then more will be accomplished. Get whatever is most important and that you're more prone to procrastinate done FIRST, then do the other not so important things done accordingly.I'm glad I was suggested this book and definitely recommend it to others.

Eat That Frog is perhaps the most helpful book that has ever been written on the subject of procrastination. Brian Tracy has done it again!!

Hope for Procrastinators
I bought this book because my sister, another procrastinator par excellance, told me that it had been helpful to her. While it is geared to a successful business career, it can easily be applied to your life at home. I like it because it is brief and succint with just a pinch of humor. There is no shaming and a great deal of encouragement and explanation. It has already helped me to begin to neaten up my very untidy life, which is an extra challenge because I am 65 years old and disabled, with a lifetime of less than helpful habits. I think anyone would benefit from this fast read with all of it's little exercises in nonprocrastination.. The author is very knowledgeable and his writing style is great. So quit procratinating and get this book!
