When I ordered the book I assumed I would get what you see at the top, this gray DSM-IV-TR book, instead I got a bright orange indian edition. I became concerned, but when I reviewed it I noticed that it was the same as the the gray colored version that we normally use here, so there was no harm done ...

Although this picture shows the American edition, be prepared to get the Indian edition which you may not want. This is a version that looks a little different than the one shown in the picture, but the contents are the same. The bright orangey-red cover is a bit distracting, though.
