Not the best, but useful

Some solid formulas for basic breads, especially sour doughs. Fun non-traditional items, too, like sour dough pancakes, and lots of flat breads. I like other baker's methods for some breads, but this is a good-read and a solid addition to any serious bread-baker's cookbook shelf. More
