I enjoyed all the detail examples of shading, high lighting and various texture ideas. The book is a great addition to your library. I love thumbing through the pages and reading some of the detail snippets Cathy inserts to explain highlight areas or shading details.

This book has plenty of helpful illustrations, and shows what to expect when you use a variety of items and techniques to apply watercolor. It helped me to understand what I need to use to create the look I'm after.
