Very Good in very good jacket. Clean, tight 8vo, 110pp, sun fade to d.j. spine, a few tiny chips and rubs to edges of d.j. The real grounds for the Confederacy's failure to build a navy. Line drawings and photos of some of the ships planned by the Confederacy. The problems with building a navy was caused mostly by internal dissention, quarrels and rivalries rather than lack of funding.
