The page edges are soiled and there is a stain to the last half near the top. The pages have moderate soiling and the front hinge has started to crack.

Very good, original gold cloth with black and gilt stamped decoration on front, spine in a little darkened and title is somewhat faded on spine, hinge is cracked at p. 17, but binding is tight, some rubbing a wear to spine ends and corners.
