Marlene Koch Has a Good Book.

Understanding Ms.Koch worked so hard on this Tome,still personally cannot put into Body "fake" Sugar.I'd rather use Less Real Items,than All Subsitutes.No one has written how much is faux Sugar and Real Recipes lowered in Amounts.Would appreciate,especially in the,"Orange Chicken" Recipe.
