A step back in time
These simple poems returned me to the bygone
era I grew up in. Life was gentle. People looked after each other. Fathers doted on their daughters and bragged on their sons. Mothers stayed home and kept it all together for all of us. The poems on the war are just are true today as back then. Maybe we'll get back there again.
