Very Good. 1932 Grosset & Dunlap, hardcover. Very Good, format 2, blue boards. Orange silhouette with spyglass, orange eps. Mild-to-mod wear on boards. Pages tones. No marks. Illustrations by Russell Tandy.
Near Fine in Good+ Dustjacket. Octavo, about 7.5 inches tall, in blue cloth. The seventh book in the series. Book and jacket are first state / first edition (Farah, 1932A-1). The usual spotting to the spine is present but to a lesser degree. Text is also a bit less toned. Previous owner name on the front pastedown. This has the very uncommon blank endpapers. The jacket illustration is stunning: bright and clean. The jacket is complete with just very light edge wear. However the rear spine fold is held together only by a yellowed tape repair on the surface. With no loss of material at that fold, a very good candidate for paper restoration.
