Absolutely LOVE these books!
The amount of information that they cram into this book series is incredible. Their use of comparison between certain foods was really eye opening to me. For example, I had NO idea that the amount of saturated fat in a Twix was equivalent to the amount of saturated fat in ELEVEN strips of bacon! As a visual person, not only did I find the photography to be very helpful, but the explanations as to WHY certain foods are better than others just made what they were saying make complete sense. I have already lost 17 pounds by eating 1200 calories a day and following the book religiously. I have already recommended these books to all my friends and family. :)

Loved this whole series of books. Lots of pictures and relevenat test only. Fun to read and teaches a lot about food, fat, nutririon without making you feel like you're on a diet. Just shows the better choices to make when shopping.

This is a very informative book for someone who eats out on a daily basis and has great information on cutting the calories, too. Love it!
