This book is too prescriptive for my taste. It includes daily menus (which I would NEVER follow...I don't eat that way!) and daily exercise routines that are step-by-step. For a beginner, or someone who lacks the discipline to create and follow their own plan, this may be great. But then, if we could all do that, we wouldn't need this book...right?
