Very Good. Half gilt-ruled morocco and marbled paper, gilt-stamped lettering and ornament on spine, t.e.g.; small 8vo. Spine sunned and a little dry; some light scuffing along joints and edges of boards. A nice copy, internally bright and clean.

Book VG with chipping to spine ends, mild rubbing and soil to boards, binding tight, previous owner's plate to front pastedown, small closed tear to foredge of front flyleaf, text clean and unmarked with age-toning throughout. No DJ, but in protective mylar covering.
NVG. No Jacket. Book has wear to corners and to the head and heel of the spine, . Two pages have small tears as the result of attempting to cut uncut pages. Mosg pages are uncut. Gilt lettering and design on the spine is complete.

It has its own physical history that imbues it with a character lacking in ephemeral electronic renderings.
Very Good. Book The first edition of two poems by Browning in the original blue cloth binding. Bound in blue cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. With 2pp of adverts to the rear. With two handwritten quotes from Chaucer and R. L. Stevenson to the rear pastedown. Condition: The text binding is generally tight and firm, with the cords exposed between pages 48-49 and 64-65. The inner hinges are somewhat strained. There is only mild wear to the extremities, with just mild bumping and rubbing, with slight sunning to the spine. Internally the pages have some browning and occasionalspots. With an ink inscription to the title page and the front pastedown. Overall the condition is very good.
