New with no dust jacket. 1605298387. Trade Paperback, brand New copy. "Wth tens of thousands of products crammed into the walls of the local supermarket, trying to find a reliable snack, pantry product, or frozen dinner can be a serious challenge for the time-strained consumer. But the "Eat This Not That Supermarket Survival Guide" changes all of that, offering discerning shoppers everywhere a simple plan for finding the healthiest foods for them and their families."; 0.7 x 6.4 x 6.4 Inches; 336 pages.
The amount of information that they cram into this book series is incredible. Their use of comparison between certain foods was really eye opening to me. For example, I had NO idea that the amount of saturated fat in a Twix was equivalent to the amount of saturated fat in ELEVEN strips of bacon! As a visual person, not only did I find the photography to be very helpful, but the explanations as to WHY certain foods are better than others just made what they were saying make complete sense. I have already lost 17 pounds by eating 1200 calories a day and following the book religiously. I have already recommended these books to all my friends and family. :)

good overview of small choices
Just a small set of continuous blind decisions add up to a lot of extra calories. This helps point out making the leaner choices. Even if you didn't opt for all the choices, some of them should make a difference.
