Helped turn my life around
This is an extraordinary how-to "life plan" book for anyone who is truly serious about getting his/her diet and exercise program on track. It delivers! Both the recipes and philosopy behind it appear to be solid...and I am proof, having reduced my overall cholesterol by 55 points in just 60 days, while losing 15 pounds in the bargain! I was so impressed by the approach that I bought several more books as gifts for my friends who began to notice my transformation. They also rave about it now. A true needle in a haystack of hype.
Perhaps the only [minor] criticism would be the index. It is not advanced enough, omitting cross references for ingredients, key words, and alternate titles to info.

This is not a fad diet. It's a healthy Vegan plan
I have been following this health plan for about two months now to help with arthritis pain. As added benefits, I have lost weight and have much more energy. I thought I was eating healthy before, but this has been an eye opener for me.

I was already a vegetarian and very mindful of the foods I ate before reading this book. I was still searching for ways to make sure I was eating heart-healthy, as I was not sure how to get around the butter and oil issues. The E2 Diet has taken me to the next level of healthy eating and I am so grateful to Rip for putting this great book out there. I definitely did not want to be another heart attack or stroke victim and was searching for ways to make sure my arteries and heart were being "fed" correctly. Thank you Rip! I highly recommend this book to everyone.
