The amount of information that they cram into this book series is incredible. Their use of comparison between certain foods was really eye opening to me. For example, I had NO idea that the amount of saturated fat in a Twix was equivalent to the amount of saturated fat in ELEVEN strips of bacon! As a visual person, not only did I find the photography to be very helpful, but the explanations as to WHY certain foods are better than others just made what they were saying make complete sense. I have already lost 17 pounds by eating 1200 calories a day and following the book religiously. I have already recommended these books to all my friends and family. :)

This book is the exact same as the EAT THIS NOT THAT!. I was looking for it to be different but it is filled with the same information as the other book. I had to return it because it was pointless to have.
