A Gem of a Story and Book

interesting read. If you have ever visited India ( or wanted to) the author's experience rings true. The writing is outstanding as she adeptly relates her mother and grandmother's story ( central to the book) as she walks in their footsteps exploring the past and the small but still vibrant Jewish community in a very large country. Throughly enjoyed it and glad my book club chose it.
