THis is about the 12th diet book I have bought. It is like a boot camp in a book, at 256 I needed boot camp. The book was easy to read and has helped me, am losing weight and Wow the cravings have stopped after 4 days and has gotten me to eating like a normal person. still on the program in week 3, and it goes beyond that. If you don't like broccoli, or eggs you may have a problem.

This book looks like it has the full potential of actually working. All I need to do now is clear the head and get started! This book is about altering dietary carbohydrate intakes so the body doesn't know its on a diet and will let you lose weight! Recommended for sound dietary advice. No starvation required.
