It is a speculation on a mythical society a time long ago. It was not until 1922 that Emily Post wrote the Blue Book of Etiquette. Better than very good condition, just about free of any foxing. She began her writing career contributing newspaper articles on architecture and interior decoration, and writing serial fiction for Harper's and similar magazines. She is best know as the author of 'Etiquette' (full title: 'Etiquette in Society, in Business, in Politics and at Home, ' first published in 1922).
