Well worth it!

I have had successes in the past, but this book was what I needed to get going again. Even though I haven't quite followed it exactly yet (weekends are hardest), I've still lost almost 15 pounds. Just giving up the grains and milk products has also helped my chronic cough and fatigue! I still plan to follow it exactly, especially seeing the results with just part of it!

Amazing!

The program outlined is amazing. I've followed it for 10 weeks. I haven't had cravings and my pants are falling off. All I can say is if you work it, it definately works. My favorite evening snack has been a cup of frozen blueberries and a 1/2 cup walnuts. I let the blueberries just start to melt, and it is almost like eating ice cream! I've lost 17lbs. I would recommend this to my mom and my best friend. The excersises are not tough to follow, but do it religiously. It really does work.
