My neice who is 4 loved the way each page moved. She spent a lot of quiet time just flipping the page.

Galloping Good Fun
This is a very cool little book and fairly sturdy. When you turn a page and flip the page up and down, it makes the picture on the facing page appear to move. For example, if you open and close the cover, the horse will appear to gallop. They have used an interesting technique that they call "scanimation". There are all different types of animals and motion in this book, and I've heard there is a sequel. I would recommend it for young children and for anybody interested in different ways of animating an image.
