I haven't started te diet...waiting until after the holidays but my boss lost almost 50 lbs using this book. The book arrived much faster than I expected and in very good condition.

WOW, Great book
In 1 week I have felt better, more energy and cleaned out my cupboards for foods to get rid of.
I have since ordered this book for 2 others.
I READ EVERY LABEL NOW!
Lost 5 lbs. in one week, and with type O as the book stated and I agree since I have been dealing with Crohns for 40 yrs. I thought it would be hard since I ate everything it said to avoid, but I now eat less and am full If I feel I have to snack it is frit or nuts and dates.

New insight in to what we eat and what we are!!!
I feel it is worth reading as it gives a totally new and enlightening outlook about the food that we eat and the blood type we belong to.

Practical, down to earth advice
1. I did not know that people with different blood types have different nutritional requirements.
Thanks to this book I now know much more regarding whats good for me and whats not !
2. Getting wiser regarding food and its effect on me and my immune system is why I feel great at age 77 without needing any regular medicine.
This book is an important eye-opener !
