The book is quite persuasive and backed by the author's research; I never thought I would give up all meat, but so far, the eating is good, the excess 20 lbs are almost off, and I'm looking forward to seeing my cholesterol numbers at my next physical.

This book is an eye-opener, giving great information about why and how it was wrote. Without giving it away the book can only help you if you are willing to make changes.

the best book on the subject
This is the only known treatment for atherosclerosis that treats the source.
Diet is not a temporary patch like bypass surgery or stents.
This book dispells a lot of misinformation regarding diet and health. it is the best book on the subject i know of.
