With Iran on the brink of developing a nuclear weapon, Israel is forced to react. In a daring raid, Israel destroys Iran's main nuclear facility, creating a radioactive tomb and an environmental disaster. An outraged United Nations condemns the attacks while Iran swears vengeance against Israel and her chief backer: the USA. Enter Lebanese master terrorist Imad Mukhtar who's spent the past decade picking his targets and preparing his cells for this exact moment. All he needs is approval from Iran's Supreme Council, and he will strike at America's soft underbelly and make her bleed like never before. With the US on high alert, the President calls on the one man ruthless enough to counter the fanatical terrorist. Enter Mitch Rapp, America's terrorist hunter and one man wrecking crew. Meeting violence with violence, Rapp tracks Mukhtar across Europe to America, where they are pitted against each other in a hunt only one of them can survive.
Good. 1602850917 Used book. Previously owned and is blemished. Cover rubbed w/ corner and binding wear. Interior page markings (highlighting/writing) and owner's name. An inventory sticker on the back and a used sticker on the spine. Textblock has a marking.
To me, this book shows the folly of restricting/cutting the National Defense. Having our laws applied to people that want to end us.
I believe one must read this book and form one's opinion. It'll keep you reading past bed time.

Mitch Rapp at his best
Like John Grisham(my favorite author) I have become to appreciate Vince Flynn's work. I'm again surprised by the insight he has on the CIA and the goings in Washington.
Suspense from beginning till the end.
Higly recommended and looking forward to another one of his novels.

Vince Flynn is the BEST
There is not a book he has written that I can say I did not enjoy. The main character of his books Mitch is fascinating. His exploits engaging and on the edge. I enjoy how he uses each person in the book to add intrigue to the storyline. Most of the stories are so today.
Keep up the good work Mr Flynn and I will continue to be a reading fan.

AGAIN TOP DRAWER
VINCE FLYNN HAS DONE IT AGAIN - ANOTHER GREAT BOOK.
Publishers Weekly, 2007-09-24 After taking care of a loose end from Act of Treason (2006), Mitch Rapp looks into the destruction of Iran's secret nuclear weapons facility in bestseller's Flynn's predictable eighth thriller to feature the counterterrorism agent. Given the absence of any indication of either a U.S. or an Israeli air strike, Rapp takes the opportunity to persuade the U.S. administration to plot an operation to destabilize the fanatical Iranian regime by having an Iranian dissident group claim responsibility for what he suspects was an inside job by an Israeli spy. When the Iranian government sinks one of its own ships and blames the U.S., Rapp and CIA chief Irene Kennedy travel to Iraq to try to defuse the crisis, only to fall victim to an ambush (reminiscent of one in Tom Clancy's A Clear and Present Danger) that results in Kennedy's abduction. Rapp races the clock to rescue his boss before she's tortured into revealing what she knows. Despite a backstory replete with personal loss, Rapp comes across as a one-dimensional killing machine, willing to do whatever needs doing to complete the mission.
