Very Handy Reference - Does What it Claims

by gtrachel on Aug 12, 2010

I bought this book to help me navigate making a professional-looking shirt for the first time. (Note: I am already a fairly advanced sewer.) It did exactly what I'd hoped: provide step-by-step directions with illustrations for every part of the process. There were moments when the directions confused me during a read-through, but when I followed them with the shirt in my hands, everything fell into place. The book also includes photos of finished shirts of many variations, which inspired me to think about features and design possibilities I hadn't considered before. It was a great buy and I highly recommend it.
