Not as strong as some of his others but John Maxim's books are intriguing, strange, and addictive. I would read them in order, even the non Bannerman ones, because sometimes the characters visit back and forth. His storylines can be a bit mystic sometimes, along with spy stuff, murder and mayhem so ...
