Comforting . . .
Almost every Christian at one time or another asks the question, "Why, God?"
Edna Hong's internal struggles with the heartache of a granddaughter born severely retarded won her a deep understanding which all who are thusly troubled can share.
As a young Christian who was deeply troubled over the seeming unfairness of someone stricken with early onset Alzheimer's, I found her ideas about how God views those of diminished intelligence extremely comforting.
I would recommend "Turn Over Any Stone" to anyone who has the same questions.
