Many Yoga books are written by the 'masters' and are difficult to read or understand. This one is a easy read, gives a good background into Yoga and provides a lot of info on what it is and how to do it. There is also a great section on the exercises that most people can use to start practicing. I did over 30 years ago and still do to this day. I just bought a bunch more copies of this book to give to friends that wanted to start doing yoga. Enjoy...
