Great Start

This looks like it is a great start to what I hope will be a great series. The author knows his history, and makes you care about the people he writes of. Picking a Centurion and an Optio as the characters allows us to see Legion life from the lower to the upper ranks. I recommend to anyone who likes historical novels.
