I had the pleasure of dining at Bill Telepan's restaurant in NYC "TELEPAN" Absolutely delicious, so, it was a must to purchase his book INSPIRED BY INGREDIENTS. Very well written with great and easy to follow recipes. This book is not the usual 25 hard to find ingredients along with hard instructions you normally find in famous Chef books that end up not being used. Bill Telepan's book is easy to follow and and the food is delicious. He also gives a lot of hints on shopping for in season items. If you like fresh ingredients combined with the right herbs and spices, this is the book for you! LOVED it and I refer to his recipes all the time. You will not be disappointed.
