Great Vegetarian Food
I have the original Moosewood Cookbook, published in the 1970s. I've used the book for thirty years, and wondered if this new collection could measure up. It does! The recipes are clear and easy to follow, and there is a much wider variety of recipes to try (which stands to reason, since there are far more vegetarian supply options available today!). If you are a budding vegetarian, or an old experienced one, or if you are just interested in healthier options, this is a great guide.
