Mark wrote a great book about his personal experiences with mental illness many years ago. It really brings home the pain and fear he experienced and the understanding that this can affect otherwise "normal" people that we know and love. I think it helps break the stigma of mental illness and I am looking forward to reading his more recent book, "Just Like Someone without Mental Illness, Only More So."
