I used Vedral's "The 12-Minute Total-Body Workout" book for several years for an at-home exercise program. After working out at a gym for one year, I bought her "Weight Training Made Easy" to adapt for my at-home and at-gym routines. Hubby noticed progress after only two weeks! Joyce Vedral always writes clear instructions and includes helpful information in her exercise books. I have four of her exercise books and her "Eat to Trim" book. "Weight Training Made Easy" provided an easy-to-follow program that works as well for a beginner as for someone already actively engaged in an exercise program.
