A complete natural history of the pugnacious, succulent Atlantic blue crab. This Pulitzer Prize winning book is always in demand at my bookstore in Worcester County, MD. Now when Chesapeake Blue Crabs are almost "endangered" it is more important than ever that people understand the delicate relationship between the people who harvest these wonderful succulent gifts from the bay and the ecosystem. This is a well written classic.
