The eccentric journey they take through Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and other countries constantly veers into ... Show more

Thanks Mark Twain

by Prof on Apr 17, 2014

This book is a great read. Twain is undoubtedly the premier wordsmith of America. I had to read this book slowly in order to catch all of the subtle humor, ironies and sarcasm. It's particularly interesting to read about the German character prior to WWI.
