It is Wodehouse, what more need one say. How many books make you laugh out loud today. Wodehouse's books contain some of the broadest, most imaginative and most enjoyable imagery and his original use of simile is unique. If you have never read Wodehouse you are missing a treat. You will have to search hard to find his equal anywhere else in the whole of English literature.
