Lost textbook--Waiting for your reply

by losttextbook on Oct 9, 2009

I sent the following message to you last week, but haven't got replied. Can you email me back about how it is being processed as soon as possible? Here is the message: I haven't received the package yet. The USPS claims that they have delivered it, while in fact, I have never received it. I reported it to the costumer service but they never got back to me in the past few weeks. The USPS has lost my French book, Accounting book and a watch--THREE packages in a month (with a total value of $200)! I asked all my neighbors but non of them have saw the package. I even called the carrier who was supposed to deliver my packages. She said that she was very "experienced" in delivery and if the packages were lost, it was all my responsibility. On the USPS website, it says that if I have lost an item, I can ask the mailer to file a claim. Can you help me with it? How can I deal with it? Did anyone have the same situation before? How did it work it? Thank you for your help!
