I do enjoy all of Todd Wilbur's books. The recipes are written in my favored numbered format. Clear instructions with simple supermarket ingredients make every recipe a breeze to complete and put on the table. Many recipes include hints, tips and serving ideas.
I also adore the fun sketches included with most of the recipes.
