In an era of restricted and declining resources, it is paramount that agencies focus on the difference they make in citizens' lives.The Committee supports the concepts of this law and intends to use the agencies' plans for funding purposes. The Committee considers GPRA to be a viable way to reduce Federal spending while achieving a more efficient and effective Government and will closely monitor compliance with this law.
