I was thinking that it would be helpful if a child post a review about this book so I did. :)
This book is mostly for girls 9-11. my mom bought me this book and I am really happy she did because it explained everything to me in a simple way from acne to emotions from health to bras. It made me feel good knowing that all girls get puberty and periods and some feel scared or exited or just confused. I kept reading and reading this book. After the care and keeping of you, I wanted to ask my mom some questions but most of the things were covered and thats a good thing for parents I guess. i recommend this book for any girl who is going through puberty. :)
