The Abs Diet is straightforward and sensible. You will learn why your body reacts to foods and how to anticipate how it will change with a better way of taking care of it. These food choices taste good and your body will change what it does with abdominal fat. I like knowing that my body will burn more calories when I eat the foods that require more energy to consume. I do not feel deprived by eating like this, I feel really good.
