This is an advanced book for all grain brewers. It describes in detail the various characteristics of most beer styles. With this book as a guide, you can create your own recipes. The first half deals with reference material such as: malts, hops, yeasts, water, etc. The second half has a chapter devoted to each beer style.
With this book, I am now starting to create my own authentic beer recipes.
