    All the more when one makes the necessary comparison to the administration of Bush 43.Baker is a man who believes in negotiation, in talking and listening, and figuring out solutions. Contact is not a reward, but a necessity for the business of state.
    N.B.This turned out to be a tape not the book --I didn't read the fine print! But I liked it and so did others with whom I shared it..
