I am currently reading this book for my English class in my college, and I am enjoying it thus far. The stories that dwell inside it are told in a delightful manner, and it is easy to understand the language and expressions. What you read here is the other side of the coin of the tough situation homeless people experience when trying to get a life as most people won't dare to. This book is a must-read.

This book makes you really think about what it is to be desparate & homeless. The sad thing is this is a true story written by a journalist. She disregarded her own safety to find out the truth. The number of people that live underground is staggering. However because this book is well written you truly understand why these people stay below ground and basically give up living with society up above.
