THe Hopkins Touch is a very good story of how FDR dealt with the war years and his partners in the Allied powers. The book is a very good follow up to another book, "The Enduring Legacy of the WPA AMERICAN MADE" by Nick Taylor. Both books portray Harry Hopkins as the unpresidented helper and companion to FDR during the Great Depression and the WW II.
