It is amazing the things scientists will do in the name of prosperity. They have managed to take away the best part of the wheat and create a monster that has now become one of the worlds health threats. We started going gluten free 3 weeks ago and will continue to do so to see if some of our health woes go away. The recipes in this book are fairly simple, it's just getting the ingredients that is the challenge and yes your grocery expenses will be higher but your health is much more important.
