This is a book which relies heavily on a spiritual and also an emotional level in dealing with weight loss. It is sort of a combination of new age and catholicism, though, so you should be aware of that and be willing to use what you feel is right for you and ignore or adjust the rest towards your own beliefs. All in all, worth the read and also doing the exercises and journaling in the book.
