    I watched Wayne Dyer on TV about this and decided I wanted to stop the procrastination I had absolutely mastered. His suggestions in this book made sense to me and I do put them into practice when I find myself putting something off. I do think the author could have made his point in less words, but it still was a helpful read.Wayne Dyer is one of my favorites anyhow.

    I first listened to the CDs, then read the book. I was hesitant because I never cared for Wayne Dyer. But I was serious about changing my life--and I did it with his direction. Whenever I begin to falter, I listen or read again and it brings me back to my focus.

    Horrible book. How does this guy make any money? This book was poorly written and the ideas presented in the book could have been summed up in one page, not an entire book. Dr. Wayne, go home and quit writing.
